Wellbeing Meander Walk 

We will be out for an hour, including a gentle warm-up and cool down. 

This is a supportive wellbeing walk for those who need more time as they build their fitness, time to sit if you need to but also to enjoy being outside in this lovely park and connect with nature around you.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk start time.

Meeting point – King George V Playing Fields – Please Note – if the trailer is parked across the gate off Topsham Road we will meet in the car park off Countess Wear Road, turn down School Lane from Topsham Road.
