To unlock all the physical benefits of Nordic walking please book onto a course or workshop to learn the technique and enjoy continued instruction during weekly walks. “There is a lot more to this than I thought”. Nordic Walking poles are provided for your training.

We Nordic walk in Ludwell Valley, Riverside Valley Park, Mincinglake Valley Park and King George the V Playing Fields in Exeter. Powderham Castle, Kenford and on Exmouth Beach. Lovely walk locations along the route of the River Exe with amazing views of the River and the Estuary.

Charity Walks and Treks

Please contact me for free Learn to Nordic Walk training if you are planning a long walk or trek for charity. Using Nordic walking poles on a long trek will help you walk further for longer, the technique teaches you to propel yourself forward as you get into your walking rhythm.

Nordic Walking Tasters
