Hello and Welcome to Exe Nordic Walking in Exeter, Devon!

Update – 5th January 2021 – all group walks and courses are suspended. I look forward to resuming group walks and courses when we come out of the national lockdown. You can go out to exercise, take your poles and enjoy moving more outdoors watching buds on trees burst into leaves, the cool winter breeze on your face, the sun on your back or the rain on your hood. You will feel better when you get home.

Are you thinking about Nordic walking? Watch my videos under the News and Community tab to start getting more out of your walk.

After his one-to-one course Anthony wrote

“I had been thinking about trying Nordic Walking for some time, after a friend told me how helpful he had found it in improving his posture and strengthening his back and neck muscles as I was keen to do the same after an injury and I also wanted to develop my fitness.
Sue is an excellent instructor and her enthusiasm and good humour make acquiring  the  Nordic walking technique enjoyable (  even in the rain! )   I now plan to practise with some poles during my holiday and look forward to joining a walk and developing my technique when I return.
I have already found some benefit from walking with the poles and would highly recommend Sue and the course”
