Friday Social Nordic Walk (every other Friday)

Book by 3pm the afternoon before the walk, please. Here or via the Whatsapp group (10 walks only)

We will be out for an hour, including a gentle warm-up and cool down. 

This is a social walk we will walk at the pace of the slowest walker building fitness, enjoying being outside in this lovely park and connect with nature around you. Routes will vary depending who is on the walk enjoy the wildflower fields (summer) and amazing views.

Some Norfit activities may be introduced into the session.
