Venue: Ludwell Valley Park due to an event at Powderham Castle, meet at the top of Southbrook Road for a 10 am start. (P0wderham Castle Car Park)
Rapid Walk
A faster-paced walk. We will be out for just over an hour, including a warm-up and a cool down. This is a lovely walk along paths to the Tower and American Gardens. There are hills on this walk.
To join this walk you need to have had some Nordic walking Technique tuition. Poles can be hired £2
Please arrive to start the walk at 10 am

On holiday and visiting the Castle, join a Nordic walk if you have had some technique tuition. Or book a Workshop to learn basic technique.

Meeting point – Powderham Castle car park, look out for my white car or e-cargo bike.
Booking is essential before 3pm the evening before the walk.
