Rapid Walk
A faster-paced walk. We will be out for an hour, including a warm-up and a cool down. We walk from the meeting point around the Quay on pavements beside the River Exe. Hill down to the Quay and up on the way back. Small group one to 5 people.
Own poles required.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk start time.
Stay for Fish and Chip from Harry’s Kitchen which parks at the end of St Leonard’s Road. Please pre-order your meal to be ready for collection at 7.15 pm. I have emailed them to arrange this.
Meeting point – County Hall car park off Topsham Road (free after 4pm)
