Rapid Walk 

A faster-paced walk. We will be out for an hour, including a warm-up and a cool down. We walk beside the River Exe and the Canal on paved paths and fields. Routes will vary.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk start time.

Own poles required.

Hi vis vest and head torch are essential. You will not be able to walk if you do not bring these.

Meeting point – Belle Isle Park on the corner of Trews Weir Reach (off Topsham Road) Free roadside parking or park at County Hall and walk to the meeting point.
