Meander/Ripple Nordic Walk

10.30 – 11.30 Arrive at least 10 minutes before for a prompt start.

A lovely morning Nordic walk through the beautiful grounds, including the Rose Garden, American Gardens and woods. Routes will vary. There are some inclines on this mainly flat route.

A fantastic way to maintain your wellbeing through physical activity, social interaction and engage with nature’s changes through the summer months.

M/R – Meander/Ripple walk for those who enjoy a walk at a meander pace.

This walk is for those who have attended Nordic walking training with an Instructor.

Nordic walkers on holiday are welcome. Booking required before 5 pm Monday. Places are limited.

Meeting point Powderham Castle Car Park – look out for my white car or e-cargo bicycle with my flag flying.
