We will be out for an hour, including a gentle warm-up and cool down. Some Norfit fun may be included in the session.
This is a gentle walk for those who have recently completed a course work workshop, returning to Nordic walking or looking for a gentle way to start the week with a group walk in the green spaces in the center of Exeter. We will enjoy the grounds at Country Hall and/or head down to Belle Isle Park, the Quay or LeafLand.
Stay for a cuppa at the Coaver Club after the walk.
