Begin Nordic Walking Workshop
12.30 – 2.30pm
Venue: Castle Lawns and American Garden
On this 2 hour sessions, you work through the INWA 10 Step Teaching Method™, practice them using drills and enjoy working on your technique in a small group of up to 10 people, making friends along the way.
A great opportunity to start you Nordic walking journey, you will be able to join weekly walks when you have completed the Begin Workshop.
