New venue
Coaver Club at County Hall, Workshops and Tasters with routes to the Quay, Belle Isle Park and Leaf Land. Stay on afterwards for a coffee or soup and a roll.
The Coaver Club is situated in the beautiful grounds of Devon County Council off Topsham Road in Exeter. It is easily accessible from bus and cycle routes. Non members pay for parking.
Taster Sessions
Find out a little more about Nordic walking during this 45 minute session. Tips to improve your everyday walking and use the poles to feel the muscles we use during a Nordic walk.

Four Week Technique and Walk Course
Each week reinforce the technique so you feel confident using the poles and start to feel the benefits from walking with poles.
Monday June 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th, 10 – 11am

Nordic Walk
Occasional gentle walks from the Coaver Club
A great opportunity to practise your new skill and enjoy a Nordic walk around the County Hall grounds and head off site to Belle Isle Park.
