Venue: Ludwell Valley Park 2nd Wednesday of the month.

Wednesday Wonder Nordic Walk 

Book by 3pm the afternoon before the walk, please.

We will be out for an hour, including a gentle warm-up and cool down. 

This is a supportive wellness walk we will walk at the pace of the slowest walker building fitness, enjoying being outside in this lovely park and connect with nature around you. Routes will vary depending who is on the walk enjoy the wildflower fields (summer) and amazing views.

Some Norfit activities may be introduced into the session.

Joining Instructions

Meeting point – Ludwell Valley Park – Pynes Hill Turn off the bypass at Costa Coffee. At the T junction turn left, You should see me there. Roadside parking (free)
