Social Nordic Walk | Meet at St Thomas Library | Friday 25th November | 1.30 – 2.30pm

Description

Join us to walk with your poles on different routes on the pavements around Cowick Barton Playing Fields or towards the Quay, routes will vary. They are sociable walks and will vary in pace and no one will get left behind.

At least two people required to book for the walk to go ahead.

We will be out for an hour, including a warm up and cool down.

Bring your own poles or borrow poles from St Thomas Library no cost, use your library card.

Cost of the walk £6 

There are some 2 hour parking slots on the roadside in nearby roads. Lots of buses pass that way.
