Extend Workshop is for those who have completed a Begin Workshop or already Nordic walk and are looking to improve their technique.

On your Begin Workshop you worked on the first 7 INWA steps, now let’s extend fully on this workshop.

Using video and drills we will finish the 10 INWA steps to help you achieve the best technique.

To feel the physical benefits Nordic walking offers and hear more about the wellbeing benefits of this activity outdoors in the fresh air.

Includes poles hire.
