Begin Nordic Walking Workshop
2 – 4pm
Venue: Castle Lawns and American Garden
On this 2 hour sessions, you work through the INWA 10 Step Teaching Method™, practice them using drills and enjoy working on your technique in a small group of 8 people, making friends along the way.
A great opportunity to start you Nordic walking journey, you will be able to join weekly walks when you have completed the Begin Workshop.
For locals or join us if you are on holiday.
