One-to-One Learn to Nordic Walk Course
This is a great opportunity to learn the Nordic walking technique, giving your walks a new focus, engaging your upper body muscles too. You will be ready to join our groups when possible!
Following Government guidance on social distancing we will work one-to-one, two 1.5 hour one-to-one sessions learning the 10 steps. Poles will be loaned to you for the two sessions over a two week period.
After you book and make an online payment, I will contact you to arrange a time, sort out your PARQ form and take a measurement from you for the pole length required.
Once completed you can join small group walks lead by Sue.
