Group Nordic Walks in Exmouth

Walks for those who have completed a Workshop to learn the technique.

For all ability walkers. The sand adds a different dimension to the walk working your muscles even more.

A less muddy option in the winter months and a lovely location to walk all year round with the waves crashing onto the beach as we crunch over the sand, filling our lungs with fresh sea air.

A very sociable way to exercise.
